Cookie Crumb Balls
Ingredients
- 1 Tub
- Choc Brownie Cookie Dough
- 1 Tub
- Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough
- 400g
- Cocao powder
- 400g
- Candied popcorn, roughly chopped
- 400g
- White chocolate, melted
- 400g
- Coconut, finely desiccated
How To make it
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out 15 balls of each cookie dough flavor and roll into perfect balls. Place on prepared trays, and place in the fridge to firm up.
- For the chocolate brownie crumb balls, toss chilled cookie dough in the cacao powder.
- For the jam donut crumb balls, toss half the chilled dough in the popcorn, re-rolling to make the popcorn stick. Dip the remaining dough balls in melted white chocolate, then toss in the coconut.
- Place all the cookie balls back in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Cookie tips
- Get creatived and change up the flavors - use whatever you like.
- Make the crumb balls ahead and freeze.
- If the cookie dough gets too soft while you’re coating the balls, place into the fridge to firm up slightly.
