MARBLE BROWNIE & DONUT Ingredients

- Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C fan - forced . Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Spoon out tablespoon - sized balls of each flavor of cookie dough. Take one dough ball of each flavor and, using your hands, press and roll them together to create a marbled effect. Repeat with remaining dough.
- Arrange on the prepared tray s and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
BIRTHDAY CAKE Ingredients

- Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough
- 150g
- Sprinkles
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan - forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cookie dough and half the sprinkles. M ix together until well combined.
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly, then sprinkle with remaining sprinkle s to serve.
LAMINGTON Ingredients

- Fine coconut
- 100g
- Raspberry jam
- ¼ pnt
- Raspberries, halved
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan - forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cookie dough and half the coconut. Mix together until well combined
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly, then sprinkle with remaining c oconut, dollop with raspberry jam and top with raspberries .
BISCOFF Ingredients

- Raspberry Donut Cookie Dough

- smooth Biscoff spread Biscoff biscuits, to decorate
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan - forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, p ipe Bi scoff in the middle, then roll the dough back over the Biscoff.
- Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, pipe dots of the remaining Biscoff spread on top of each cookie and finish with a Biscoff biscuit.
PB&J Ingredients

- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan - forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, pipe peanut butter in the middle, then roll the dough back over the peanut butter.
- Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12 - 14 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
COOKIE IN A COOKIE Ingredients

- Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough Oreo Biscuits, small and large
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175°C fan - forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, place one large or 3 mini Oreos in the center, then roll the dough back over the top.
- Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12 - 14 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
NUTELLA FILLED Ingredients

- Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough
- 1jar
- Nutella
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, pipe Nutella in the middle, then roll the dough back over the top and into a ball.
- Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12 - 14 minutes until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
TOASTED or Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Vanilla Marshmallow Ingredients

- Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Raspberry Jam Cookie Dough
- Vanilla marshmallows for the Brownie cookies
- Strawberry marshmallow s for the Donut cookies
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Spoon out 2 tablespoon - sized balls of cookie dough. Flatten the dough slightly, place a marshmallow in the middle, then roll the dough back over the top and into a ball.
- Arrange on the prepared tray and bake for 12 - 14minutes until golden. Transfer to a wir e rack to cool completely.
