Fudge Cookie Dough Ice Cream

- Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough
- 2L
- Chocolate fudge ice-cream, store-bought, slightly softened
- Chocolat efudge sauce and marshmallows, to serve
How to make it
- Crumble cookie dough into pieces and fold half the dough through the softened ice cream. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
- When ready to serve, top ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce, marshmallows, and the remaining cookie dough pieces.

- Raspberry Ripple Ice-cream, store-bought, slightly softened
- Raspberry Jam, fresh raspberries, & Darrell Lea Raspberry Twists (cut into pieces), to serve
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Crumble cookie dough into pieces and fold half the dough through the softened ice cream. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
- When ready to serve, top ice cream with Raspberry Twists, jam, fresh raspberries, and the remaining cookie dough pieces.
Cookie tips
- The ice cream needs to be soft so that you can easily fold through the cookie dough, but make sure it isn’t totally melted – that would result in an icy ice cream.
- Change the toppings around to suit your mood!
