Nutty Chocolate Brownie Pie
Ingredients

- Chocolate Brownie Cookie Do ugh
- 400g
- Nutella s pread
Caramel Filling
- 175g
- Unsalted butter
- 100g
- Caster sugar
- 50g
- Brown sugar
- 210g
- Plain flour
- 50g
- Cacao powder
- 5g
- Sea salt
- 100g
- Raw hazel nuts, chopped ( o ptional)
How to make it
TO MAKE THE CRUMBLE
- Place all the ingredients into a stand mixer with a paddle attachment and beat until a crumb consistency. Set a side.
TO ASSEMBLE & BAKE
- Preheat the oven to 165° C fan - forced . Grease an 18cm pie tin.
- Press cookie dough evenly into the prepared tin, then spread evenly with Nutella spread. Top with chocolate crumble.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the crumble is cooked through.
Cookie tips
- ou can replace the hazelnuts in the chocolate crumble with pretzels, other nuts or even potato chips
- Change up the size & shape, depending on what tins have at home .
- This is the perfect dessert to freeze and use later when you need a quick and easy dessert.
- Reserve some Nutella to p ipe into the cookie pie after it comes out of the oven for extra ooze
